

For the last 15 years, at the initiative and support of Ioannis Papalekas, our Founder and CEO, we all have supported various charitable organizations making a difference to the communities we all live and operate in. Among the projects, we have invested in are the ones developed by United Way Romania, Hospice Casa Sperantei, Save the Children, Renasterea Foundation, Make a Wish, Regina Maria Foundation, “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism, Ioanid School, as well as individual schools and scholarships, sports events and individual athletes.

OUR TEAM is a creative group of young people for whom classical music is an important part of life. We are constantly looking for new, inspiring ideas, we are dynamically developing and improving the quality of musical experiences.
Jakub Fiebig, founder and president of the Julian Cochran Foundation. An expert and organizer with many years of experience in managing international cultural events. Trained as an instrumentalist and culture manager. His greatest passion is developing crazy ideas for the world of classical music, which he successfully implements. Apart from the "classics", his great love is triathlon. Currently, he is preparing for the "half" of Ironman.
Karolina Sajniak-Drzyzga, vice president of the foundation. From an early age associated with the Warsaw music community. A violinist awarded many times at national and international competitions, whose career path has been changed by the experience of a hand injury. She is constantly moving forward, constantly deepening her knowledge. She is a graduate of the 1st edition of the Music Manager program (UMFC), the 9th edition of the Academy of Leadership Psychology (Warsaw University of Technology Business School) and currently participates in the Academy of Ombudsmen for Change 2.0 (School for Leaders). Her passion is supporting young musicians and popularizing classical music.
