Jakub Fiebig
An expert and organizer with many years of experience in managing international cultural events. Trained as an instrumentalist and culture manager. His greatest passion is developing crazy ideas for the world of classical music, which he successfully implements. Apart from the "classics", his great love is triathlon. Currently, he is preparing for the "half" of Ironman.

Karolina Sajniak-Drzyzga
From an early age, Karolina has been closely connected with Warsaw’s music scene. A multiple award-winning violinist at national and international competitions, whose career path was reshaped by the experience of a hand injury. She promotes classical music in Poland and internationally. A graduate of the Leadership Psychology Academy (Warsaw University of Technology Business School) and numerous management programs, she bridges the worlds of business and culture while supporting young artists.

Alina Łapińska
Alina manages the concert series “Klasyka na Koszykach – Midnight Concerts” (at Hala Koszyki in Warsaw) and “Muzyczna Klasyka dla Smyka” (at the PeDeT in Wrocław). As a harpist and performer herself, she has a deep understanding of the needs of all the artists she collaborates with.

Wiktoria Bloch
Wiktoria coordinates CSR projects supporting young musicians. She also manages the European projects MERITA, MERITACubed, and CLiViE. She is a graduate of cultural studies at SWPS University in Warsaw, specializing in management, artist representation, and production.
Communications & Project Assistant
Zofia Julia Soboń
Zofia is responsible for communication of the CLiViE project on social media and supports activities related to communication, documentation, and the production of international exhibitions within the European cultural project CLiViE.
