STAGE I

Magdalena Rapacka-Wojdat has over 17 years of professional experience. Her experience covers the entire HR - from recruitment, training, development, remuneration and benefits, HR research, labor law, implementation of HR systems to employee documentation. Before joining Globalworth in June 2018, she held the position of HR Manager at Konecranes & Demag Sp. z o.o., where she developed the HR function from scratch, implemented the HR strategy and carried out the process of merging two companies in the HR area. Previously, she carried out projects related to soft and hard HR in consulting companies. She has worked for various industries, in particular: technical, logistics, banking & insurance and pharmacy.

Responsible for marketing, communication and PR of the Polish part of the Globalworth Group. He has been associated with the real estate industry since 2011, when he joined Echo Investment. Started out as a press journalist, then had the good fortune to explore the potential of the internet and social media – as an editor and SoMe manager. Passionate about new technologies, communication, marketing and architecture.

Weronika comes from a marketing background, having worked in commercial real estate sector forthe last 15 years. She started her career in an investor/developer company being responsible for the PR and marketing of the company’s retail, office and mixed-use assets. For the past decade Weronika has been a part of a international real estate advisor company, where she has gone through many different function areas in marketing department. Conducting campaign management for marketing initiatives, organizing client and internal events, fairs, workshops, keeping employees connected and informed through internal communication and implementing and carrying out CSR initiatives of the company.

For 10 years associated with marketing, retail industry and shopping centers. Currently, he is responsible for retail marketing at Globalworth, including marketing activities of Hala Koszyki. Previously, he cooperated with such brands as Promod, T-Mobile and Netia. For several years he was responsible for marketing activities of Promod’s chain of stores in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He graduated with honors from the MA studies in international relations at the University of Warsaw. His master's thesis entitled Public diplomacy and nation branding in the service of a positive image of the country. The case of Poland was awarded by the Minister of Economy for the best master's thesis on pro-export and pro-investment topics. Student of the last year of Interdisciplinary Doctoral Studies.

Founder and President of Julian Cochran Foundation. He is a former musician of the National Philharmonic in Warsaw and holds a master's degree in art. Since 2014, he has been researching and developing synergies between technology and art. He manages the world's first online piano competition and the Julian Cochran Foundation, which extends access to music education for children, organizes regular series of classical music concerts in commercial space and supports the artistic development of classical musicians. Since 2017, in cooperation with Altkom Software & Consulting, he has been creating the ONSTAGE mobile application, which allows the audience in the concert hall to view concert details using smartphones in real time.

A violinist awarded many times at national and international competitions, whose career path has been changed by the experience of a hand injury. She is constantly moving forward, constantly deepening her knowledge. She is a graduate of the 1st edition of the Music Manager program (UMFC), the 9th edition of the Academy of Leadership Psychology (Warsaw University of Technology Business School) and currently participates in the Academy of Ombudsmen for Change 2.0 (School for Leaders). Her passion is supporting young musicians and popularizing classical music.

An outstanding violinist - soloist, DMA and PhD, promoter of Polish culture in the world and CEO of the Virtuosa Foundation

Patrycja Piekutowska, an outstanding violinist - soloist, DMA and PhD, promoter of Polish culture in the world and CEO of the Virtuosa Foundation, which is renovating and turning into magic children hospitals in Poland. For 15 years she lectured at universities as an associate professor. 5 years ago she started her social activities, inventing a very unique project “Open Hearts - Masters of Music, Business and Cardiac Surgery for Kids”. From June 2019 until October 2020 she was a President of the Management Board of the K.I.D.S. Foundation - The Children's Hospital Innovators Club, which works to modernize children's hospitals in Poland again combining the world of business, art and medicine. In November 2020 she was nominated to the “Top 100 - Women in Business” (charity category) organized by Puls Biznesu Magazine and she is the winner of the category receiving the 1st place of The Woman in Business of 2020 in charity activities.

Yejin Gil

the award-winning pianist and jury member of international piano competitions

Yejin Gil is an outstanding, award-winning pianist. She combines technical brilliance with musical depth and the uncompromising pursuit of artistic authenticity. Her brilliant debut CD by the label Solstice with works by Chin, Ligeti, Boulez and Messiaen won the "Coup de Coeur" 2014 of the Académie Charles Cros, one of the major critics awards in France, and filled listeners worldwide with enthusiasm. Over the past years, she has been working together with some of the leading composers, conductors and orchestras/ensembles of the age. By the end of 2015, her second CD was released with a pure Mussorgsky programme by the label Solstice, which could be experienced at a series of recitals in France and Germany. Additionally, her Scriabin album which was released in 2017 by the label Bastille musique was nominated for the German Record Critics and International Classical Music Awards award.

David Watkin

David Watkin is passionate about sharing music. From his cello playing days he brings decades of music making at the highest level. His recordings have received critical acclaim. His Bach Cello Suites won both Gramophone and BBC Music Magazine Awards and is one of four recordings of the Suites included in Gramophone’s list of The 50 Greatest Bach Recordings. He was the first cellist to be awarded the BBC Music Magazine Instrumental Award. Conducting and teaching are now his focus, where the breadth of his musical background – academic and practical, ‘early’ and modern, vocal and instrumental, symphonic and chamber – gives him a unique perspective in a wide range of repertoire. As well his teaching at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland he has given classes in many places around the world.

A qualified Architect with majors in French, Music (Piano) and Art History, Benjamin Woodroffe has directed public arts organisations committed to classical music and young artists for the past twenty years. Recognised as one of Musical America’s Top 30 Professionals, Benjamin has held Board and Committee positions at the International Music Council in Paris and the International Society for the Performing Arts in New York and currently serves as President of the Global Foundation for the Performing Arts. With a strong belief in supporting musicians from all parts of the world, Benjamin advanced this work in his previous capacity as Secretary General of the World Federation of International Music Competitions in Geneva and as Executive Director of the Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition.
